Skills & Qualifications

1. Must be at least 18 years old
2. Basic computer literacy
3. Has good English proficiency
4. Has patience & passion for teaching
5. Must not be working for another online ESL school
6. ESL teaching experience is a plus
7. Can conduct lessons during peak hours (6PM – 12 MN) is a plus

Technical Requirements

1. Laptop or desktop
2. Headset with external microphone
3. Stable internet connection (LAN connection is a plus)
4. Speedtest Requirements:
   Download speed: 300 kbps (0.3 mbps)
   Upload speed: 60 kbps (0.06 mbps)
   Ping test must be < 30 ms
5. Active Skype/Wechat and e-mail accounts
6. Built-in or external web camera
7. Quiet teaching environment

4 hours/30 days ： 1920USD

8 hours/22 days ：2816USD

10hours/30days ：4800USD
（Salary may vary depending on how many lessons you have taught）

*You will receive 2 USD bonus for each day that you teach more than 8 lessons.

*If you need to cancel any lessons scheduled please inform our staff at least 35 mins before the lesson is due to start. If you do not inform our staff you will be fined 18USD. Cancellations are expected to be infrequent in order to uphold the reputation of Hi Teacher.
